Restrictions on Use

This site is owned and operated by THE WAY CREDIT UNION and contains material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied by THE WAY CREDIT UNION, or one of its third-party service providers. Agreement Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by THE WAY CREDIT UNION, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access this website or any website owned or under the direct control of THE WAY CREDIT UNION, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from this or any website owned or controlled by THE WAY CREDIT UNION, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

Other

The Way Credit Union’s Terms and Conditions agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
